This is a molding method in which the mold temperature is heated to the thermal deformation temperature of the resin and then the resin is injected and the mold temperature is rapidly cooled to take out the molded product.
（１）Because the mold surface temperature is high, the transferability of the mirror surface and emboss etc. of the mold is improved.
（２）Due to the delayed solidification of the skin layer, the weld strength is improved compared to general molding, and the weld becomes less visible.

①Steam rapidly heats the mold cavity to the appropriate temperature.
②Inject the resin into the mold.
③Cool the mold cavity rapidly with a chiller.
④The product is removed after the resin temperature has dropped sufficiently.
Products assembled from multiple parts can be reduced to a small number of parts by Multi-component molding.This molding method can reduce the number of processes and cost.

processes can be manufactured in a single molding process.
Insert the printed film into the injection mold.Then inject the resin into the mold.This is a molding method in which printing is transferred from film to resin by the heat of the resin.
■Since films can be combined with printing, metal deposition, hard coating, etc., a variety of decorations can be realized on a surface of a molded product in a single injection molding.
This is a molding method in which a film with a function or a preprinted film is placed in a mold and injection molded to integrate it with the film.
■Because the film is the outermost layer, it has excellent durability such as printing inside the film.
■It is possible to mold even deep shapes that can not be handled by IN MOLD DECORATING.
